When placing an order online, you enter your phone number and may check an optional SMS consent checkbox. This checkbox is optional and is never pre-selected. You only receive SMS order updates if you actively choose to opt in by checking the box before submitting your order.
By checking that box you are providing your express written consent to receive automated text messages from 123 Burger at the phone number you provided. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Messages You May Receive
